need help and advice having problems with my feet

    i have posted before but got no answer in both my big toes my toes are numb on the sides. Its like i have lost feeling in them i have see a post on it but has little help any advice i was taking vitamin b12 cause i heard that would help but no luck. its only my big toes on the sides of them:confused:

    It must be due to poor blood circulation, increase blood sugar/glucose or it can be some other problems. Do some foot exercises daily maintain healthy diet. If it does not become normal then please contact foot doctor or a physician.

    i was taking b12 but that is not working

    i seen another forum on this matter is this life and death issue or will my toes lose all movement and have to be amputated

    numbness--> could be nerve OR poor blood flow - need to see a podiatrist and get a good exam, neurologic tests maybe nerve studies, also check up - other organic issues can numbness in the toes, diabetes etc - would need a good check up labs etc from your doctor - its annoying bothersome, feels wwierd - do so asap so as to avoid some toe injuries and other stuff due to numbness!
