I feel like I have poor circulation, not sure if it’s like Reynaud’s. My hands get cold (and hot) as well but it’s not as bad as my feet. They feel cold often, and sometimes when they feel like ice cubes, they aren’t that cold to the touch. Often they turn a dark, purplish color. When they get hot, they itch, and I’ve had shiny red raised areas Above the toe nail that itch like crazy! Also, the tips of my toes are extremely sensitive to pain, and I will fall to the ground if I hit my big toe against something. The skin on my toes, mainly the tips (not in between like athletes foot) is very white and kind of flakey. This has all been going on for the last 5 plus years and I’m Concerned. I’m a healthy 34 year old female.
