Really hate that this condition is not really known by the majority of podiatrists or doctors, which in turn means that there aren't really any treatments.

Is anyone aware of any new treatment? The pain is unbearable.

We should really make this condition widely known, because this is not eas.

    Only 2 options
    1) Injection of one a several different materials (not that satisfactory)
    2) Soft insole

I hope that number 1 gets better with the years, how is it not satisfactory, does it not have any effect? Also soft insoles only work to a certain extent:(

I have begun having pain in this area and it is painful, I have little fat in the ball of my foot. I have tried using the pads in my shoes but they were used ones from another pair of shoes. Hopefully I can get some relief when I go to the podiatrist. I will try a thicker insole pad. I do walk with a slight limp because of this problem. I need help.
