burning acid like pain, tearing apart pain in first and second finger next to big toe, on right foot.... once knee is straight and foot is flexed ie pointed outwards... pain is excruciating..also, once down on my knees, or sitting on floor so that my feet become stretched/straightened, with the tops of my feet and toes now on the floor. THAT brought the pain on also.. no clue... haven't been to a doctor although planning to... its been about a week that the pain is occuring... no problem otherwise... walking, standing etc... i am 42 years old, 63 Kg, 5'4", female....in Pakistan....moderately active... havn't been walking for the last one month.... used to walk for 5-6 kms before that... stopped for reasons other than pain....medically healthy.. just have neurocardiogenic syncope, for the last 7 years, which i think hasn't got anything to do with this.
