chronic exertional compartment syndrome in right forearm in podiatrists

    Hi
    I work mainly in the public health system (nhs type of setting) and have a very heavy load of patients (very few podiatrists here), sometimes even 45 a day, most of whom wait 2-3 months for an appointment with me. Lately I have developed what seems to be symptoms of exertional compartment syndrome in my right forearm, made worse with exertion of right hand, eg using nail nippers etc....
