Hello. About a month ago, I fell asleep with my feet hanging off the bed. I woke up a couple hours later with the top of my feet swollen. My toes are not swollen. I soak my feet in epsom salt four days consecutively out of the week once a day for 20 mins and another 20 mins when washing. I do this in the morning. The swelling goes down about 70 percent, but later on it comes back. Sometimes one foot swells and the other doesn't. Sometimes one swells worse than the other. It changes throughout the day. I take about 300 milligrams of magnesium vitamins once a day, becuase online it says it might be a low level of magnesium in the body. My feet hasn't come back to normal since it started last month. It feels like it could be a situation with my feet muscles, or blood flow. Need advice and / or a permanent remedy. Thanks.

You need to get to a physician and checked for things like kidney issues.

I would also go to a physician for a vascular work up. An ultrasound of your veins would be advised.
