Hey everyone for the past year I've been fighting this ussue. My right foot in the arch and forward almost into the ball of my foot are always in pain. The muscle running vertically from heal to my toes is always really tight. I've tried to rub it but it's very sensitive . Also on my other foot my big toe hurts on the outside edge. Seems like this is dependant on the foot wear I am wearing at work I normally where work boots . Are there shoes that would help with this? Any recommendation would be great and also are name brand shoes like Nike better than Walmart starter or Avia shoes? Thanks everyone.

Sorry, I really have no idea based on the information provided. Really need to see it to work out exactly what structure the problem is in.
Can you describe the problem in more details. Where exactly does it hurt? When does it hurts? What is it like in different shoes? What have you already done for it? What relieves it? etc

It hurts on the arch closer to the ball of my foot than the heal. It's always tight and sore to the touch but hurts worse after a whole day on my feet. I've bought new balance and. Dr scholls insoles , the kind you stand on the foot machine and it tells you which ones you need. Basically support is not helping . My big toe however seems like I get an ingrown toe nail but only when I wear my work boots every day at work for a while .
