Need help. Been dealing with fractured seasimods for 5 months. Getting injection's of dexamethasone for inflamation twice a week, got orthopedic insoles with pad around toe. Insoles kill my feet, and my other foot ankle and knee hurt now. I'm so discouraged. Any advice?

5 months is too long. You either need total cast immobilization or surgical removeal.

Depending upon the type of injury and severity you can go for some non surgical treatment like padding, strapping or taping, immobilization, oral medication, physical therapy, steroid injections, orthotic devices etc.

Just seen doc, going in for a bone scan next week. Anyone ever had the surgery? If so what was your experience?
