Can Gastrocnemius resession surgery be used to treat mortons neuroma? Is this a common surgery to be done together with the neuroma surgery? Would it be recommended without heel pain , plantar facitis or problems placing the foot flat?

If your calf muscles are tight it can be done. BUT, try other options for the neuroma first.
