I had hammertoe surgery around the end of last year on my second toe on the left foot. i had what i believe was called an arthroplasty on the last joint closest to the tip of the toe because it was starting to curve down and to the left. the bone was supposed to fuse but it hasnt yet and im in pain i was wandering if it is possible to have the joint put back in? It is also very uncomfortable not being able to bend my toe. Thanks.

Nope, it not really possible to put the joint back. It is possible to have a joint 'spacer' put in. You really need to talk to a surgeon bout the options.
