Help for toe pointing

    Hi there. I have always had a tendency to point my toes when relaxed. It is now at the point where I point them so much when sleeping that it has become painful. I also have trouble running because it is difficult for me to lift my toes far enough (especially on a treadmill). I have only found info on Drop Foot and do not think that is the case because I am able to lift my feet, just not as far as necessary, and I do not have an awkward gate. Any suggestions you could offer would be very appreciated! Thank you!
