    Help please :(

I have had a small hole in my foot for the past few months and it is occassionally painful when i put pressure on it. recently someone told me it was a verruca. so i did some reserch and it has most of the symptoms of a plantar wart. the only difference is it doesnt have black in the middle.

Is this still a plantar wart???? If not what could it be????

Plantar warts (verrucae) don't generally have a black hole in the middle as you put it.
Multiple minute black spots may be visible, within the tissue there is a loss of the striations in your skin, as the heads of the verrucae grow.
With regards to pressure causing pain----is this when you apply pressure to the top or the sides of the lesion?. Plantar warts are painful when you
apply a lateral pressure ----in other words when you pinch it sideways, it feels like a sharp pin prick.
Consult a doctor for certain diagnosis.
