HELP! small tiny holes/pits in toddlers finger nails.

    I really need some help figuring what could possibly going on with my two year old son. Recently in the last two Weeks when I was clipping my my songs fingernails, I noticed small pits or holes in his finger nails. They have never been there before then and I am very scared for him and I have no idea as to what it could possibly be. Please help me... I'm terrified for his health and my sanity...
