Is this a true Jones fracture? What are my prospects for recovery? How bad will the atrophy be?

Rolled my ankle on a loose piece of concrete while running. Immediately went to the ER for X-rays (attached)

ER doc says it’s not a Jones fracture and that it should heal in 4 weeks. Seems inaccurate and a little unrealistic based on what I’m reading online.

Official assessment by the radiologist was “Nondisplaced fracture of the base of the 5th metatarsal.”

Went to an orthopedic surgeon who said it’s “definitely very close” to being a Jones fracture. No weight bearing until X-rays in 3 weeks.

Any ideas on a recovery timeline?
