Little fine pink bumps on my toes

    I've been having this issue for about 5 months. I didn't think it was a problem because I always had swelling and burning of the feet. But I started having the tingling on my toes. The other day I looked to see these fine bumps and on the underside/light part of my types you can ready see them. It seems they start to tingle/itch at night. Any suggestions???? I tried athletes for cream and hydro cortisone and they don't help.
