Hi there, for the past couple months I have experienced an off and on again burning sensation in my right little toe. The pain seems to be becoming more constant. It feels as though it is burning on the bottom of my toe. It does not feel as though the pain is on the surface of the skin nor like a joint pain but right in the middle of the fleshy area. The burning is constant with sharp peaks that are extremely painful. It occurs while at rest and while active. I have not recently hurt my toe. The pain is not near the nail. I've read a few threads and have seen nerve damage as a possibility. A couple months ago I felt a pop in my head and then a spreading/tingling sensation that spread across my head from the spot and down my back. I had an MRI done and nothing showed up. I also was in a car accident 4 years ago and have neck problems. I see a chiropractor about every couple months.
