Hello, my name is Doe. I'm female, 26 year old and since 1.5 years my toes are constantly inflammed.

I always were clean socks and live healthy. I cycle over 150Km per week and I used to hike, but since walking starts getting more painfull I gave that up. I work in the food industry where I were Dunlop high quality footwear.

I really did everything I can think off, magnesium salt baths 3x per day, I used diclofenac cream for a month, I used sudocreme, I stopped walking for a week. But nothing seems to help. If I walk over 2km my toes start to itch, sweat, and swell up, also the itching hurts like needles being stabbed under my toes. They look like tiny grapes. Also they are very red and even blue sometimes. De swelling is in every little toes (not the big one!), some are more swollen than the other. On my work I stand alot and it is really cold, and I think maybe it is a circulation problem but also when I do not walk the swelling doesnt really go down. I have a soft form of hammer toes, but not so bad it should cause this pain en swelling.

I live in Ireland where health insurance is very expensive and a trip to the chiropodist starts at 100 which I couldn't miss.

Thank you very much in advance!
