the head/ball of my fifth metertarsal is sensitive when pressed and hurts when trying to put pressure on it, could it just be severely bruised or could it be worse, it only hurts when I press in on place and no pain when I move my little toe, someone help??

Hard to say without seeing it and more information - could be anything from a chilblain to a pinched nerve and a whole lot of things in between

I fractured my fifth metertarsal, 5 months ago playing football and recovered well I thought I did, then I started playing football again after 11 weeks and then after 7 weeks, j turned to fast with too much pressure and I felt a crack, I had another X-ray and showed my foot wasn’t broken but since then I have had a pain under neath my little to on the bottom of my foot, it starts to heal then it feels sensitive again could this be a stone bruise? Bruising on the bone? I’ve got a ultrasound appointment booked but just wanted my mind putting at ease
