Hi. I have a very strange problem. My left foot bones start paining from heal to toe when its idle for a long time like whole night sleep or long drive (Auto transmission car). But when I start using it after a little pain in start it becomes normal. What could be the issue?

I might consider the possibility of pressure on a nerve which might be active while in certain positions and not when normal movement is re-instituted.

It's only a possible theory, but I think that keeping a diary of when it occurs and what body position you had been in might be helpful. If the cause is nerve pressure, it would depend on where it is before determining what sort of specialist . . podiatrist, othropedist, neurologist or neurosurgeon would be appropriate.
