need crutch alternative/ have spine stenosis

Hi,
I injuried my left foot, which I am sure I will end up posting questions about here soon. But what I really need are some good crutch alternatives. I have spinal stenosis and am currently undergoing injections for that so there is no way I can use crutches. i am also a stay at home mom to 4 kids. I have seen the knee scooters, and i saw the roller foot online which looked cool. Any help would be appreciated they are all so expensive to rent!
