I have recently gotten home from travelling for a few months and have a very painful left foot. It was ok, just a little sore on my arrival but after working (waitressing) for two 8 hour shifts I am now in severe pain. I went to the doctor this afternoon and he thought that it was plantar fasciitis but I now do not think it is becuase the area that it says is most painful is not affected. I have severe sharp pains whenever I move my foot around the tibialis posterior tendon area of my left foot. It does not hurt unless I move it, but it constantly cramps up if I do not so I am constantly moving it in circles to try and release this pressure but it still aches! I wear orthotics, and am not sure what else to do? Any ideas on whats wrong and how I can possibly fix it?? Thankyou!!
