Prevent big toe crossing over

    I am over 60 years old and have had bunions for many years-fortunately not painful. Is using toe separators and toe spacers the best way to prevent toe from crossing over? If so, which one do you recommend? Also, I am curious if doing exercises would prevent this? Thanks!

    Exercise at this stage are typically not going to help.
    Yes, the toe separators/splints are probably the best option.
    The only other option is surgery.
