Red raised itchy bumps on right foot!

Started about three days ago and is only on the top of my right foot. 29 yr old pretty healthy no allergies to anything. They itch like crazy but aren’t seeming to spread anywhere else. I don’t think it’s poison ivy or athletes foot they seem like single bump/blister like. Any help would be much appreciated! Will comment the link to picture can’t figure out how to do other wise.
