I have the same lump in both feet, on the bottom inside of feet, in between arch. Best described as: hard, about the size of a small marble (bigger than a pea), not movable, sort of like a knot, no protrusion outside of skin, not a wart, pain on pressure only. Massage does not relieve. Any ideas what this is, and how to treat?

Best guess is a plantar fibroma, but plenty of other possibilities.
Most likely surgical removal is best option.
