Small black lump on my toe

    Hello there, earlier today I discovered a small black lump on my Big toe. It's painless but is worrying me, can you please give me some advice on what you think it may or may not be and what to do?

    It could be any one of a 100 different things from a simple bruise to a serious melanoma. Really hard to give any advice without seeing it.
