Strange hole in foot

    hi everyone,

    I am travelling and have recently developed a weird hole in my foot. I did not notice it until it started to bleed/a bit of pus come out of it. I think it might have been hard whit mark until now but Iv been doing a lot of hiking which might have put pressure on it.

    It’s quite sore now. Does anyone know what it is or what I should do?
