Okay so I have this small hole on my foot. It's located below my toes. It showed up somewhere last week after my dance recital. It doesn't hurt at all. It's just a little crater. There's something white in the center but I can't reach because the skin around it is so rough. I have no idea what it is. Could someone tell me?

Just keep it clean & dry. Maybe it is infected that's why it's not healing. Apply antiseptic or natural ointments. Visit a clinic or nurse, ask her if you need a doctor

I had the same thing I was worried about it and it's just a calus from all the pressure on your feet. I used to get them when I was in ballet. I just filed the skin down and then I started to do foot soaks with epsom salt and melaleuca (tea tree oil) in warm water and I didn't get them again.
