I have a reasonable question to foot doc. I broke my tibia 8 years ago, and suffered with compartment syndrome. Due to this I lost half of my shin muscle and my tendons are tight in the front of my leg causing my big toe to stickup when the foot is moved forward. In the past year toes 4 and 5 have slowly started sticking up. Question, I am looking for a device (hopefully inexpensive) that I can attach to my foot that with hold it down to stretch the tendons. Your help would be very much appreciated.

You need to be evaluated by an appropriate doctor to determine what can be done for you and how it should be done instead of what is probably a treatment conclusion borne out of self-diagnosis. How about the doctor who treated the fracture.

I have seen a company that supplies the apparatus I am looking for, However, I have forgotten their name. I am looking for a DME site that offers below the knee braces and equipment. I am not self diagnosing. I am a DME Rep myself but I do not work in the orthopedic industry. If you could suggest a site, I would be thankful.
