Hello All I'm new to this site- My problem is my big toenail on my right foot has stopped growing. It is very brittle and tends to be stuck to my skin It is painful but I do try to go under the edge and loosen it. My nails are soft where they use to be strong- and several are thick as well. I'm a picker so I'm constantly trying to nip away the thicker part thus causing damage to the nail itself. I do have bunions. I thought this could cause the growth to stop on my RT foot. The other problem with thickening us not Fungus. But Aging so I've been told. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I will try the tea tree oil! :(
