So about a week ago I dropped a 45lb weight on my foot which caused a hairline fracture on my metatarsal by my big toe. The doctors said I’d be back to normal after a week, but I am now experiencing numbness in my middle and fourth toe, is this something I should be considered about?

Probably nothing to be concerned about.
It is most likely that the swelling irritated the nerve.
Just keep an eye on it and keep checking it to make sure it improves; if not, then get it seen to.
