top of foot pain....

About a month ago I got a sudden pain on the top middle part of my foot while walking, the same day I got stung by a bee in my middle toe (not allergic so am sure not related). It hurts while walking or doing any kind of range of motion. I initally thought maybe I bruised it but I haven't had any discoloration, swelling etc etc...it has not gone away and is getting worse. Now I am limping when I walk (not when I wear high heels oddly enough) and the arch in my foot is starting to hurt.
It does not hurt when I am off my foot but even standing causes pain unless I am putting all the pressure on my heel.
Any ideas????
