I'm 30 and have high arches. After some pain last year, my local Shuropody centre provided me with insoles to support my high arches and even out my step. These worked very well for a while, and I have replaced them, but I'm getting pain in my left knee again. I feel like my left heel is still skidding inwards when I walk, and taking my knee with it, causing my knee to be in an un-natural position every time I take a step. I have some very usual wear to the shoes I wear around the house - the wear is almost diagonal?! After trying insoles, I'm wondering if this is something I am just stuck with for life. Any advice?
