Upper heel pain

    I am having pain in the tops of my heels that has been going on for months. The right heel is more painful but both hurt. I have tried icing them but does not seem to give me any relief. The pain is worse in the morning. I am trying to figure out if I need to see a foot doctor or if there is something I can do to help alleviate the pain.
