So I twisted my ankle in September 2024 ...was but in boot in October..found out in Nov I had broken bone and tore a tendon off...so march 6 of this year had surgery done.. ankle healed up great....been over a month and I still have alot of swelling in it ,and my foot is red...having issue putting all my weight on it... it hurts like hell and swells up even more.. and I have tingling and burning sensations...the major thing that irrates it is walking on it..If I have CPSP will it make it worse by walking on it...if I Don't walk on it swelling goes down and it doesn't hurt has bad,but once I start putting weight on it then I wanna cry it hurts like hell...is this normal...I just want to know if me walking on it is going to make it worse or help it?
