Ever since I started getting into a work out regime a couple years ago, both of my feet have developed big calluses on my big toes, right below my big toe, and on the sides.

I've been able to reduce them a bit using a pummice stone but I can't make them go away entirely. They start to hurt a lot and they grow back within a day or two.

The one right below my big toe is really starting to hurt when I do jump training workouts especially.

My friend said if I go get a goo pedicure, they will get rid of the calluses for me, but I'm not so sure about that...

Should I go see a foot doctor? What exactly do they do to treat calluses?
