Dry feet with red arches / no reason found

    Hello everyone,

I have been dealing with this problem since my childhood, and now with 26 years, I still haven't found a reason,
why I have dry feet with dead skin appearing every 2 or 3 days. My arches are red, and my feet swell after soaking in water for 2 Minutes (white skin). A test showed I have no eczema and also no bacterial infection. I normally don't really sweat, take all vitamins and also don't eat that unhealthy.

Is it a broken skin barrier, and how can I fix it, if cremes, no matter which and with ceramides don't help?

I used baking soda baths and the swelling has gotten less and less strong, but I'm not sure if it's about my pH of the skin or what could have made this problem not be as obvious as before.

(I never had red arches when I was younger, but they turned more and more redish the older I got)

Does anyone have an idea what it could be? (No doctor could help me)

Symptoms: Chronic Red, tight skin, bad wound healing, swollen when contact with water (white skin), dry and fast regrowing skin. (But not hyperkeratosis)

Things i tried: Ceramides, all Lotions, many oils, vinegar baths, baking soda baths.
