For past year & a half, the arches of both feet cause so much pain when crouching down(squatting down ) on the pad(?) Of my feet , it is so painful I can't endure more than a minute max and even that is too long , I have yet to find anything online close to this , any idea what the heck it could be ?

It could be many different things. One problem is I don't know what you mean by crouching down. Do you mean squatting with the heels off of the ground, squatting with heels on the ground, or kneeling with toes on the ground and heels in the air, or???
