In agony and can't put shoes on.

    Hi, I had what looked like a fungal infection around my big toe red skin/cracked flaky skin. But now I'm in absolute agony, the side of my toe nail is just throbbing and severely painful. I cannot see any ingrown toenail - but I did cut and lift the side of the nail as I read online to do this. I've been soakingthe foot in warm water and swamped it in vaseline to soften it but it's just...
