Is the too many toes sign something to be concerned with

    Yes and no. It is not a diagnosis. It is an observation when someone is standing or walking and describes how much the forefoot is deviated laterally (or abducted). The more the forefoot abducts, the more toes you can see laterally when looking at someone from behind.
    The reason for the "too many toes" is multiple and depends on what is causing it as to if you should be worried about it or not.
