Hello. I’m petty sure my issue is quite common. My little/small toe curls (as in rotates inwards) and goes under my next toe a little bit.

what happens over time is that the flesh on my little toe has been reshaped into a an accute point (like the flesh has become triangle shaped. And at the tip or all along the toe goes hard like a callus and I have to trim using a nail clipper. Also my nail sometimes digs into my next to when getting a bit long.

move switched foot ware to vivo barefoot in an effort to allow my toes to spread. I’ve also though about purchasing Correct Toes to spread them. However what should I do about this flesh? Can I get the toe rotated back.

    thanks for any advice

Try the Correct Toes first (there a many much cheaper options than those ones) and see if there is some atrophy of that "flesh".
There are surgical options, but try the correctors first
