Pigeon Toe Gait Corrected with Proprioceptive Insoles

    An adducted (pigeon toe) gait is a common compensation for gravity drive pronation seen in both RFS and the PCFD. If the pigeon toe gait is due to RFS, then the 3.5mm or 6mm wedge sold in the generic proprioceptive insoles will attenuate this compensation.
    Dr Smith presented such a compensation in this video.
