If you could post a picture of your feet to show what the problem is, then i might be able to help.
There are a few cosmetic procedures regarding toenails, but they aren't worth the hassle. Remember, at 14 you aren't finished growing yet so you still might end up with different looking feet.

Finally, I have been a podiatrist for several years now and i cannot recall seeing a normal looking foot. Hell, I've never even seen two that match (even on the same person!).

Feet aren't supposed to be pretty, they are supposed to work.
If they were meant to be good looking they'd be on top of our heads where people can see them, and not hidden at the end of our legs.
