Record keeping and domiciliary visits.

    Hi, I am about to start up a small domiciliary round and was thinking about using an iPad for my record keeping. I was wondering what others use in this position? I am planning to keep a paper diary and use a card reader for payment.
    If anyone is using an iPad/ tablet, I was wondering which software they use etc? Thanks in advance.
