    I got surgery to remove my ingrown toenail on my left big toe almost a week ago. It was infected and hurt pretty bad beforehand, so the surgery really cleared it all up. However, I can't really put any pressure on that toe at all - when I do, it feels like some sort of uncomfortable, tingly pain is shooting up my toe. It feels like a nerve is being hit or something.
