Small white spots under foot causing piercing pain

    A87906E3-8B03-4CC0-B904-3E4988C65D61.jpeg There are small tiny spots developed under my foot. Some are painless but some are very painful especially sharp and piercing pain. The spots don’t have a core or nucleus from appearance so I am assuming it is not warts. Please help.

    They do look like warts/verrucae

    Thank you, I think it might be those. Is there a treatment to make them go away? Will any over the counter medication help?

    There are a zillion different treatments. Try an over-the-counter one; if that does not help then see a podiatrist
