Spot on Foot Help

    I have this spot on my foot that has been there for a while now.

    Any thoughts on what it is and how to get it to go away completely.

    I have tried, soaking it in Epsom salts, use salicylic acid, have also tried a pumice stone, soaking it in Apple Cidar Vinegar.

    Does anyone have any ideas?
