I was in karate and they kicked me in the foot by accident and now my foot hurts on the top but there is no bruises and it's not swelling. It hurts mostly in the middle of the foot and i the toe area. I can't even spread my toes apart like I used too or conpared to my left foot. Any ideas for what this could be the? It's been 2 hours but that's all I'm not sure if I should go to the doctors or just wait it out.

You will need a bone scan. It is a usually costly but only method pressure fracture can be determined. I've had his carried out for a fracture and also have had distributing bruising also.

I think its not a bone fracture. Coz it would swell in two hours if it is. I suspect that a vein got hit. To be safe, I think it's better to see your doctor right away.

I think you should go to bone specialist and he/she will tell you what's your problem.

I think you should need to consult with the doctor. This seems quite a serious issue and you should be consulting doctors rather wasting time here :)

Cold Compression and rest. Bruise can come out late as well. What was the outcome?
