I have just been diagnosed by my poditrist with saddle bone bump or deformity being in my mid fifties is this age related? He also mentioned the bones might be grating a little over the top of the other one where they meet. He gave me a script for voltaren75mg, a cortizone shot a week later because I was still in so much pain, and now a topical cream which is a mix of about 6 different ingredients, what my main concern is will this treatment be ok as long as I can tolorate flair ups, or is surgery a better choice at my age? I love to walk and hike and am very active working out with hand weights and low impact aerobics as well as biking.
