I am a Type 2 Diabetic. I am suffering with very painful feet. The Soles of my feet are Dry, Cracked, hardened and painful. I have tried every possible product on the market. Creams and lotions for Diabetic neuropathy, and even Dr. Scholl products. I have used a foot file to file down the hardened callouses on the soles and big toe of my feet. Nothing is working. Does anyone know of any product that will give me some relief ? Thank You.

There are many things that could help. Some of them could hurt a foot that has been damaged by diabetes. You need someone to evaluate your foot to see if it has been damaged by diabetes. High risk feet have been amputated because of use over the counter remedies. No one should give you advice without evaluating your foot.
