Toe Numbness

    Hello,

    I wear a lot of heels and I notice by then end of the day my toes and the balls of my feet lose feeling. I read a tip about taping your third and fourth together to relieve some of the pain and pressure, is this true? And why? What does this do? Does this only work by taping these 2 toes in particular or can I tape together any toes?
